The Running Course Assist series continues from where the Building Course Assist series left off. For those that are just joining, the Building Course Assist series is a record of my journey building my latest project Course Assist which is a mobile app used to help students with assignments, please feel free to read it if you haven't already😁. Now that I'm done with the active building/developing of Course Assist I've decided to introduce this new series which will focus on the day-to-day running of Course Assist. All the decisions I'll be making to make Course Assist a success, such as creating budgets, creating business plans, advertising and marketing👨‍💼..etc will be documented in this series. This Prologue is here to act as a guide to give an idea of what to expect in this series and also just to get you up to speed with where I am in the Course Assist project.

So what's next?🤔

Course Assist at the moment is almost ready for public use, there are just a couple of things that need to be done before that. All these remaining tasks are related to the running of Course Assist and not building. Some of these include:

• Creating a project launch plan

• Creating a Course Assist project budget

• Creating a logo and social media pages

• Writing up Course Assist legal information

• Signing up to the Google play store and Apple app store

• Creating a marketing plan

All these tasks are subject to change and may not be done in this exact order. I'll be writing about the progress I'm making as I tackle these tasks one by one.
